Scholars Network, part of Noodle, has named Mike Earman Vice President of Health System Partnerships. Earman will lead the organization’s work with health systems nationwide on clinical talent pipelines with colleges and universities. He brings more than a decade of experience working with healthcare providers. At his previous company, the business grew from a startup to serving more than 150 hospitals nationwide before its 2025 acquisition.
Health System Partnerships
Earman’s role centers on helping health systems build sustainable clinical talent pipelines with the colleges and universities that educate healthcare workers. Scholars Network works with health systems on recruitment, retention, and upskilling of talent.
Healthcare Technology Experience
Earman joins from Laudio, where he led a business that grew from a startup to serving more than 150 hospitals nationwide before Ascend Learning acquired it in 2025. Before Laudio, he spent eight years at Relias in roles serving health and human services providers and hospitals.
At Relias, Earman helped build and scale the company’s entry into enterprise health system partnerships through more than a dozen strategic mergers and acquisitions.
Healthcare Career Pathways
The appointment brings Earman’s experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining clinical staff to Scholars Network’s work with healthcare employers and colleges and universities.
Mike Earman, Vice President of Health System Partnerships at Scholars Network, said:
“I've spent my whole career working with health systems on solutions that make a real difference for the people providing care, and every year it becomes harder for them to find and keep those people. Health systems are often spending more to recruit and retain nurses and clinicians than it costs to educate them in the first place. Scholars Network and Noodle sit right in the middle of that problem. With Scholars Network, health systems get a sustainable way to build the workforce they need, students get a clear and affordable path into a career in healthcare, and schools get the insight to grow the programs their communities need most.”
