Benjamin Eskenazi MD, FACS will join the faculty of the 14th Annual IAFA Aesthetic Symposium in Miami Beach. The founder of Avabello Aesthetics will give live injection demonstrations on November 5, 2026, and deliver a MainStage lecture on November 7. The symposium’s main program runs November 6 and 7 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Eskenazi’s lecture will examine how providers sequence full-face treatments.
Symposium Teaching Program
The event brings together physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, dentists, and faculty working in facial aesthetics. Its program includes morning lectures, live patient demonstrations, and small-group afternoon workshops on injection safety, complication management, neurotoxin and filler techniques, treatment planning, and aesthetic technologies.
Eskenazi will open the Saturday session on Combination Therapies and Regenerative Aesthetics with “Sequencing the Full Face, What You Can Undo, and What You Can’t.” The presentation will cover the order in which full-face treatments are planned and performed, including decisions that can be adjusted or reversed later.
Anatomy And Injection Masterclass
Before the symposium, Eskenazi will co-instruct a five-hour Anatomy & Injection Masterclass on November 5 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. The course combines cadaver dissections, live patient injection demonstrations, and real-time facial ultrasound.
The class will cover neurotoxin treatment of the forehead, glabella, and crow’s feet, as well as filler treatment of the temples, tear troughs, cheeks, nasolabial folds, lips, chin, and jawline. Professor Sebastian Cotofana, MD, PhD, PhD, leads the masterclass.
Teaching Experience
Eskenazi has served as faculty and proctor for nearly 100 cadaver labs. In 2023, he headlined the Evolus Evolution Tour, educating more than 1,000 aesthetic providers across 65 cities and 30 states.
Benjamin Eskenazi MD, FACS, founder of Avabello Aesthetics, said:
“Facial anatomy is foundational to everything I do, from injectable treatments to surgical facial rejuvenation. Understanding tissue planes, vascular anatomy, retaining structures, and how the face changes with age allows us to make better decisions about not only how to treat but what to treat and when. That same anatomy-first approach guides my clinical practice and my teaching. The IAFA Symposium is the perfect forum for providers to advance their fund of knowledge so that they can move beyond individual techniques and think more comprehensively about the anatomical basis of facial aging, treatment selection, and long-term sequencing.”
Clinical And Academic Background
Eskenazi is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, completed a general surgery residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and completed advanced plastic surgery training at the Cleveland Clinic.
