Prospect HQ has launched an iOS app for current and former student-athletes from nearly 300 colleges and universities. The career and talent platform connects candidates with employers seeking skills and leadership qualities developed through sports. Its app allows users to build and manage profiles, explore opportunities, engage with the community, and connect with employers. Prospect HQ is free for student-athletes, athletic alumni, and universities.

Network Reaches Nearly 300 Colleges

Launched in January 2026, Prospect HQ represents student-athletes and alumni from nearly 300 colleges and universities. Its feed allows users to build networks with teammates and fellow athletes, and search by school, sport, or major.

The platform provides open job opportunities matched to each candidate’s self-described goals and potential cultural fit. Companies subscribe to access its candidate network.

Career Guidance for Candidates

Prospect HQ uses its Purposeful Intelligence capability to provide career search guidance. The platform helps candidates identify, articulate, and elevate experiences and qualities developed through their student-athlete journey.

Cory Carlesimo, CEO at Prospect HQ, said:

“Student-athletes have been high impact employees and leaders for generations. Their unique experience breeds qualities, skills and attributes that make them extremely valuable to employers. Prospect HQ helps them understand their own value, tell their authentic story with confidence and find the right opportunities and workplace cultures where they can thrive.”

Access for Student Athletes

The new app brings the Prospect HQ experience directly to candidates. Student-athletes, athletic alumni, and universities can use the platform without charge, while candidate-seeking employers fund the service.
